Designed for an art collector client who entrusted our new practice with complete spatial freedom, Penthouse Atelier operates as both a serene residential retreat and a dynamic private gallery.

We introduced dropped ceiling volumes and hidden perimeter lighting coves to establish acoustic intimacy without compromising panoramic views of the Hudson River.

Fumed oak joinery, honed Nero Marquina marble, and brushed nickel create a sophisticated dark neutral backdrop that honors the client’s art collection.
